Shipping Regions
- We currently ship exclusively to customers in Australia.
- Laynr Studios is a company registered in the Netherlands. All orders are processed from our office in the Netherlands and shipped to Australia Only.
Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:
Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:
Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam)
Order Handling Time: 1-3 Business days (Monday-Friday)
Transit Time: 10-15 Business days ( Monday-Friday)
Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.
Shipping Carrier:
We partner with Australia Post, DHL, and FedEx (via a logistics partner in Asia) to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Shipping Fee:
- Standard Shipping: $8 AUD (for orders valued up to $99.99 AUD)
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders of $100 AUD or more
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Orders shipped from the Netherlands to Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
- These charges are determined by Australian customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend checking your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
- Tracking
After dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Delays
We aim to meet our delivery estimates, but delays may occur due to high shipping volumes or unforeseen courier disruptions. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
Lost Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Verify the shipping address.
- Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
- Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package.
- Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.
If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.
